WELCOME TO THE LEE RESEARCH GROUP
Research of the Lee group is focused broadly on advanced semiconductor materials and their futuristic applications, such as neuromorphic devices, plamomic hot carrier devices, micro-light-emitting diodes (μ-LEDs), and conventional semiconductor devices. Central to Lee group's research is to synthesize advanced semiconductor materials and realize their unique physical properties. Especially, the research also aims to comprehend their fundamental nature at the micro- and nano-scale and to integrate them into opto-electronics, energy harvesting, and environment science systems through advanced semiconducting processing.
POSITION OPENING
Applications and nominations are welcome for both undergraduate, graduate, and post-doctoral researchers who are interested in advanced materials science.
Feel free to contact Prof. Lee for available positions.
